[dropcap type =”circle”]W[/dropcap]hen it comes to knowing what fitness gear to wear to the gym especially in the colder winter months, when those all-important new year’s resolutions are lagging, and your motivation is zero you’re going to want the best athleisure wear to help you feel confident. But we all know the danger of the gym hours starting to decrease, and the chocolate consumption starting to increase!
However, what if you had such an incredible array of gym outfits in your wardrobe that working out became a pleasure instead of a chore? While it’s a cliché, we know that there will be plenty of you reading this who want to get fitter in 2019, and hopefully some of you at least will still be sticking to your New Year resolutions!
Luckily the beautiful views of Oxfordshire and those crisp mornings should be motivation enough. We are lucky to be served by many running routes including the university parks and Blenheim Palace that offer scenic routes for walking, running or cycling.
While the views are something of a bonus, the motivation starts with the perfect outfit for your workout. Bicester Village is a good place to start if you want to give your athleisure wardrobe a make over with brands such as Under Armour, The North Face and Asics all offering great ranges at good prices.

Also worth a look are these High Street offerings from Fat Face and TU at Sainsbury’s, perfect for runners and  those of us who prefer to master their downward dog than pound the streets.
