[dropcap type =”circle”]C[/dropcap]hiltern Railways have been rated as the top operator for Oxfordshire in the Which? Customer Satisfaction Survey, and fourth in the country overall.

The Which? Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey shows which UK train companies have the most satisfied customers. Train operators are scored on journeys passengers have taken over the last 12 months and rated on punctuality, reliability, cleanliness, value for money and more. Chiltern scored 62%, two points up on 2016’s 60%.

These results come in after the December 2016 launch of services from Oxford City Centre to London Marylebone and follow the announcement that the Oxford Parkway to London Marylebone route saw over 1.5 million passengers use the line in the first 12 months.
